The hotel is conveniently located within a short distance to the city center. With only 1-2 subway stops, you can easily access the big shopping streets and the riverside. the room is clean and comfortable, with a large bed and a nice bathroom. the breakfast buffet offers a variety of both Chinese and European dishes. Plus, there is a convenience store just a few steps away from the hotel.
The service provided by some staff members may be lacking in friendliness and English proficiency.

the hotel has good location, very convenience access to many different attractors, and surrounding area is not crowded as some hotels close to NanJinRoad. CCTV on hotel floor, feel safe...
No free internet in hotel. The customer need to pay 30RMB/Hour or 60RMB/24Hours for internet access. It's ridiculous for a 4 Stars hotel.

Great breakfast and clean rooms, plus the location was very convenient for walking around the city. The breakfast had a variety of options for all types of eaters, and the room was spotless when we arrived. It was nice to be able to walk to some of the top attractions in the city, and we didn't have to worry about transportation.
The staff was not helpful or friendly, and it made our stay uncomfortable. We had trouble communicating with them, and they didn't seem interested in making our stay enjoyable.

Location is good
This is not a 4 star hotel! Expensive price for what it is. Poor service. Toilets and shower was really smelly! Expensive internet. The Tv cabinet door stayed in my hand when i oopened it! Breakfast buffet is ok but not great.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel in the heart of downtown Shanghai. The location was superb, with easy access to four subway stations and plenty of local grocery stores and eateries nearby. We were also pleased with the helpfulness of the staff, who made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, with constant improvements being made, such as the remodeling of the Chinese restaurant on the fourth floor and the coffee shop on the ground floor. Additionally, the cleanliness of the rooms and the comfort of the beds and pillows were top-notch.
All good.

Very comfortable hotel with generally helpful staff. The concierge and door staff were particularly helpful and polite. Room and bathroom were very nice.
Reception staff rather abrupt. Hotel documentation about eating facilities in the hotel (cafe, restaurant) were not accurate as to times when they were open and food which was available. Not enough seating in main lobby of hotel.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and had a wonderful experience. the location was absolutely perfect. It was situated in the heart of the city, close to the famous shopping area Nanjing Road and just a short walk away from the iconic Bund. I loved being able to explore the small alleys and experience the charm of the local neighborhood.
All in all, this hotel provided a luxurious and comfortable stay with quality services. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting this city.

Great Location with Comfortable Rooms
During my recent stay at a hotel in Shanghai, I had the pleasure of experiencing the great location of the hotel. Being within walking distance to the famous Bund, I was able to enjoy the stunning views of the city skyline and the Huangpu River. The convenience of being close to major attractions like the People's Park and East Nanjing Street made exploring the city a breeze.
Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as limited Wi-Fi in the room and some noise from the traffic below, they were overshadowed by the overall positive experience.

Location, price, service espcially by the concierge
Stains in the wall near the desk most probably coffee incurred by previous guests in the room were never cleaned/removed even until we left. Aside from this everything else was generally good.
